When you call.

1. We will perform a quote over the phone. 770-977-9096
  • Our telephone representatives will work closely with you to design a program for your budget.
     
  • Our representatives will answer any questions you have and are equipped to describe our services in detail.

Before we clean.

2. We will email or fax you a copy of information supplied to us, for you to review.

3. We place you on the cleaning schedule.

  • Our arrival times are 2 hour windows
  • We will communicate any scheduling conflicts to you, by the phone numbers provided to us.

The cleaning.

4. Bright Touch Maids will arrive uniformed and equipped for cleaning.
5. We will be professional and courteous during our visit.
6. We will enter and exit the job with security as a top priority.
7. We will follow our cleaning procedures for 100% customer satisfaction.

After the cleaning.

8. Within 24 hours of the 1st cleaning, we will call to confirm your satisfaction.
9. Our manager will perform periodic inspections.

  • This allows our managers to understand each client better.

10. Finally, customer satisfaction surveys are sent to you for your feedback.
